Chicken or Tuna Salad Sandwiches

Prep Time: 10 minutes


  • Bread

  • 12.5oz canned chicken or tuna

  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 Tbsp whole grain mustard or Dijon mustard (or a little of each if you have both!)

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped

  • ½ red bell pepper or 4 mini sweet peppers, finely chopped

  • ¼ small onion (optional), finely chopped

  • salt and pepper to taste

Tools & Equipment List

Knife, Cutting Board, Can Opener, Wooden Spoon


  1. Mix mayo, mustard and honey in a bowl.

  2. Finely chop celery, onion and bell peppers, add to bowl.

  3. Open canned chicken or tuna, drain, add to bowl.

  4. Mix all ingredients together.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve on bread for a sandwich.
