INGREDIENTS


  • Corn tortilla chips

  • 4 cups shredded cheese: a mix of Cheddar and Colby Jack

  • 1 can black beans, drained & rinsed. 

  • Onions, diced

  • Tomatoes, diced

  • Olives, sliced

  • Green Chiles, small can

  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped

Black Beans (Canned)

Tortilla Chips

Salsa

Cheese - Cheddar (Shredded)

Cilantro - Fresh

Sour Cream

Guacamole

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Shred the cheese if needed.

  2. Prepare the ingredients as stated above.

  3. Using the Omnia Oven, layer chips, cheese, black beans, olives, tomatoes, and green chiles. Make sure you have cheese layered throughout.

  4. Place the lid on and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until all the cheese is melted.


SERVE by topping with salsa, guacamole, sour cream and fresh cilantro.
