INGREDIENTS

  • Corn tortilla chips

  • 4 cups shredded cheese: a mix of Cheddar and Colby Jack

  • 1 can black beans, drained & rinsed. 

  • Onions, diced

  • Tomatoes, diced

  • Olives, sliced

  • Jalapenos, slices or a small can of green chiles

  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped

Serve by topping with salsa, guacamole, sour cream and fresh cilantro.

Cheese Shredder, Knife, Cutting Board, Can Opener, Omnia Oven, Stove

INSTRUCTIONS

  1.  Shred the cheese if needed.

  2. Prepare the ingredients as stated above.

  3. Using the Omnia Oven, layer chips, cheese, black beans, olives, tomatoes, jalapenos or green chiles. Make sure you have cheese layered throughout.

  4. Place the lid on and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until all the cheese is melted.

  5. Top with salsa, guacamole, sour cream and fresh cilantro.

  6. Serve
