INSTRUCTIONS
For Cooking on the Grill:
Preheat Grill: Medium heat, lid closed for 10 min. No oil. Use patties straight from freezer/cooler.
Cook Patties: Follow package instructions or grill patties for about 5 minutes per side. Flip gently, only once.
For Cooking on a Griddle or Skillet:
Prepare the Patties: Whisk 1 egg. Dip patty in egg, then coat with panko.
Fry the Patties: Heat oil over medium. Fry patties until golden and crispy on both sides.
Assemble the Veggie Burgers:
Toast Buns (optional).
Spread Hummus on bun or favorite condiments, like mustard and mayo,
Add Patty and top with .
Layer: Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and avocado.
Finish with top bun and serve.
SERVE with a side of coleslaw
