Preparing the Fruit
Wash and Cut: Rinse all fresh fruit thoroughly. Slice larger fruits like strawberries or peaches into bite-sized pieces. Leave smaller fruits like blueberries whole.
Combine: Gently mix fruit together in a large bowl. Set aside.
Assembling the Parfaits
Layer the Yogurt: Spoon 1 cup of yogurt into each serving cup or bowl as the base layer.
Add Granola: Sprinkle a generous layer of granola (about ¼ cup) over the yogurt.
Add Fruit: Spoon a portion of the fresh fruit mixture over the granola.
Repeat Layers: Add a second smaller layer of yogurt, then granola, then fruit if desired.
Drizzle with Honey: Finish each parfait with a drizzle of honey and a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
Add Optional Toppings: Sprinkle with any additional toppings of your choice.
Serve: Serve immediately for best texture. If preparing ahead, keep granola separate and add just before serving to maintain crunch.
