Chicken or Tuna Salad Sandwiches

Looking for a protein-packed lunch, this is super simple and tasty. Chicken or Tuna with celery, onion, bell pepper, mayonnaise, mustard. Served on bread with veggie sticks.
INGREDIENTS
Bread
12.5oz canned chicken or tuna
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp whole grain mustard
1 Tbsp honey
1 stalk celery - finely chopped
½ red bell pepper - finely chopped
¼ small onion (optional) - finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix mayo, mustard and honey in a bowl.
Finely chop celery, onion and bell peppers, add to bowl.
Open canned chicken or tuna, drain, add to bowl.
Mix all ingredients together.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
SERVE on bread for a sandwich.
