Classic nachos with tortilla chips, cheddar and colby jack cheeses, black beans, onions, tomatoes, olives, and jalapenos. Topped with salsa, guacamole, sour cream and fresh cilantro.
INGREDIENTS
Corn tortilla chips
4 cups shredded cheese: a mix of Cheddar and Colby Jack
1 can black beans, drained & rinsed.
Onions, diced
Tomatoes, diced
Olives, sliced
Green Chiles, small can
1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Shred the cheese if needed.
Prepare the ingredients as stated above.
Using the Omnia Oven, layer chips, cheese, black beans, olives, tomatoes, and green chiles. Make sure you have cheese layered throughout.
Place the lid on and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until all the cheese is melted.
SERVE by topping with salsa, guacamole, sour cream and fresh cilantro.
