Eggs whipped up and cooked with selection of desired fillings: cheddar cheese, scallions, tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach with chosen meet item of ham, sausage or bacon. Served with salsa.

INGREDIENTS

  • Eggs

  • Cheddar cheese

  • Scallions

  • Tomatoes

  • Bell peppers

  • Mushrooms

  • Spinach

  • Salsa


With chosen protein

  • Ham

  • Sausage

  • Bacon

  • TVP

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Chop/Dice: scallions, tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, and spinach.

  2. Crack 2-3 eggs into a resealable freezer bag. Press out most of the air, and seal. Shake or squeeze to beat the eggs. Open the bag, and your desired ingredients  Squeeze out as much of the air as you can and seal the bag again.

  3. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Place the bag (up to 8 bags at a time) into the boiling water. Cook for exactly 13 minutes. Remove bag using tongs. Carefully open bag and roll omelet onto a plate.
