Yogurt Parfait

Prep: 5 min

Servings: 12

Creamy regular yogurt layered with crunchy granola, fresh seasonal fruit, and a drizzle of honey. A light, refreshing, no-cook breakfast that's ready in minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 x 32 oz containers regular yogurt (vanilla or plain)

  • 3 cups granola

  • 1 ¾ lbs fresh seasonal fruit (strawberries, blueberries, bananas, or peaches — varies by season)

  • ⅓ cup honey

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Optional toppings: Dried cranberries, sliced almonds, shredded coconut

INSTRUCTIONS

Preparing the Fruit

  • Wash and Cut: Rinse all fresh fruit thoroughly. Slice larger fruits like strawberries or peaches into bite-sized pieces. Leave smaller fruits like blueberries whole.

  • Combine: Gently mix fruit together in a large bowl. Set aside.

Assembling the Parfaits

  • Layer the Yogurt: Spoon 1 cup of yogurt into each serving cup or bowl as the base layer.

  • Add Granola: Sprinkle a generous layer of granola (about ¼ cup) over the yogurt.

  • Add Fruit: Spoon a portion of the fresh fruit mixture over the granola.

  • Repeat Layers: Add a second smaller layer of yogurt, then granola, then fruit if desired.

  • Drizzle with Honey: Finish each parfait with a drizzle of honey and a pinch of cinnamon if desired.

  • Add Optional Toppings: Sprinkle with any additional toppings of your choice.

Serve: Serve immediately for best texture. If preparing ahead, keep granola separate and add just before serving to maintain crunch.
