This rustic camping spot features about a dozen visible sites with limited privacy due to sparse undergrowth. Although lacking formal campsite designations, campers enjoy dappled shade and close proximity to the pristine Black River—perfect for wading, playing, or simply enjoying the soothing sounds of flowing water.

Wildlife sightings are a highlight, with reports of wild horses, bears, and even a beaver with its dam on the river. Birdwatchers and wildlife photographers will find plenty to capture. The campground operates seasonally between May and October with a 14-day stay limit.
